Intuitive & Adaptable
System Components
The Boomerang Bottling System sanitizes, rinses, fills, caps, and seals reusable aluminum and glass water bottles. Installed onsite, the system supports consistent output while fitting into day-to-day operations.
1. Reverse Osmosis Machine (RO)
The process begins with a robust water filtration system that purifies your local water onsite. The result is purified still water ready for bottling.
- Sediment, carbon, and reverse osmosis water filtration
- Removes chlorine, odors, and common contaminants
- Helps reduce heavy metals, PFOS, bacteria, and viruses
2. Boomerang Bottling Machine
Our water bottling machine features a semi-automated workflow that ensures consistency, quality, and ease of operation.
- 48-bottle capacity; 300-500 bottles processed per hour
- Accommodates all Boomerang bottle types and sizes
- Purified water enters the machine and is UV-filtered prior to filling
- Bottles are sanitized with a high-temperature rinse
- Each bottle is filled and sealed with a tamper-evident cap
- Constructed of stainless steel and NSF/FDA-compliant materials
3. Commercial Bottle Washer
Our high-performance bottle washer supports safe, repeatable reuse at scale.
- Designed specifically for washing reusable bottles
- Engineered to handle high volume
- First step in bottle cleaning process
An optional, compact water heater can be added to support system operation and maintain consistent sanitation performance.
4. Sink & Work Tables
